Head of Retention
Bettingjobs are working with a startup uniquely positioned in the gaming and esports scene and are now working their way into the betting world. They are looking for someone with vast experience and knowledge of a similar space to lead their customer retention efforts.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Have at least 4 years working within a retention team at a gambling company
Have English fluency
Be very entrepreneurial and self-driven
Be comfortable with having high expectations and meeting them
Lead all retention efforts
Develop a team around you
Mentor, lead, and guide colleagues
Develop a strategy for the creation and distribution of offers/promos to customers
Have experience setting up and analyzing various types of promotions
Understand customer lifecycles and create campaigns around them
Lead data-driven experiments and analysis
Understand the mechanics and terms to enable us to provide lucrative promotions while not being predatory or unfair
Have a strong understanding of data segmentation / user cohorting
Have experience with tools like Optimove, Tableau, MySQL, etc
Ideate and lead innovate approaches to retaining customers
Location:
You can be located anywhere in the world but will be expected to be available to coordinate with colleagues between 12 PM and 5 PM GMT.
