BettingJobs.com are currently seeking a Head of Analytics for a leading Casino operator. This role would be ideally suited to a highly motivated leader with the vision to build a world class analytics team, helping take performance to the next level by embedding data driven culture in key strategic and operational decisions.
Requirements:
• Ability to develop and execute the department’s vision and strategy
• Lead, motivate and develop the analytics team
• Develop and import new methodologies, technologies, tools and systems for outstanding working procedures
• Support other departments’ strategy and business decisions
• Continue challenging of strategy and operational decisions
• Be proactive in recommendations for business improvements and new initiatives
• Be a focal point for research aspects, working closely with internal and external teams
• Ensure relevant competitors (direct and indirect) and markets analysis and comparison is completed
• Work closely with central teams to create a consistent and harmonized BI workflows
• Support senior management in key business decisions, executive meetings and in formalising the business unit strategy
• Be an integral part of the management team
Requirements:
• 5+ years in senior analytics roles
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of the online Casino industry
• Proven experience of running a BI team
• Highly numerate and analytical
• Self- motivated with an ability to work independently
• Strong communicator at all levels
• Highly organised and able to delegate effectively
• Strong academic record, ideally educated to Masters level.
