A large international iGaming business is seeking an experienced Casino Manager, ideally to be based from Malta.
Responsible for the casino campaign calendar, from idea generation, planning, briefing stages, through to evaluation, whilst driving the brand's KPIs.
Building communication plans across multiple channels to retain and reactivate customers.
Coordinating and setting up campaigns, handling lists whilst ensuring correct segmentation.
Managing leader board updates and pay-outs.
Monitoring website ensuring all content is correct and up to date.
Liaising with other departments and teams ensuring best customer experience while keeping an overall brand consistency.
Assisting in the day to day operations of the Casino and Live Casino.
Skills & Experience Required:
Must have 2-3 years previous experience in a casino management role.
Must possess an in-depth understanding of the casino and product development process.
Strong analytical background with proven track record of hitting & exceeding commercial targets.
Able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure.
Meticulous attention to detail.
A team player with ability to work in a multinational culture, having remote piers.
Proven ability to take ownership of a complex promotion/campaign plan from conception to completion.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Initiating new and innovative ideas.
