BettingJobs are working with an award winning online casino operator who are searching for a VIP Manager to join their team in Malta, applying today for a confidential discussion.

As a VIP Account Manager you will be responsible for enhancing present relationships with our customers in particular with our key clients; as well as seek to build and maintain new relationships. Whilst expanding our portfolio in various markets, you will be expected to promote and enhance brand loyalty while providing an exceptional experience to all our customers through your knowledge of the market.

We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

Maintain and expand the markets customer portfolio, and markets assigned to the VIP Account Manager
Plan, set-up & promote specific VIP promotions, working closely with the CRM team & VIP Coordinator
Provide an overall unique and personal service with customers while working towards set KPI targets
Provide the Head of Casino with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports and updates


6+ months of experience in the iGaming industry especially online casino
Previous experience working in this or a similar role
Proficiency in using MS applications (particularly MS Excel) will be considered advantageous
Knowledgable about Casino/VIP
Excellent communication skills both internal and external
Any language skill(s) in particularly German will be an asset but not necessary
Be fluent in both oral and written English
