Overview
The Product Business Analyst will play an integral role in shaping the future of our clients Live Dealer game portfolio as well as the additional services they provide to clients, utilising market research and product development acumen to support world class product design, knowledge sharing and tactical decision making in the areas of product development, games promotion and distribution.

Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Strategic business planning and defining new projects.
• Defining project goals and scope.
• Providing player, market and competitive landscape research and analysis.
• Eliciting, analysing and specifying requirements and problem definitions for product and design teams.
• Keeping up to date product specifications for knowledge base sharing between project and business teams as well as requirements reuse.
• Participation in requirements validation, including user testing sessions.
• Product performance monitoring and analytics.
• Supporting requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions.
• Monitoring and ensuring consistency across products.
• Advising and integrating business analysis techniques standards.

Core competencies
• Strategic business planning and defining new projects.
• At least 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or one of the globally-recognised certifications: CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Domain knowledge in Gambling and Live games strongly preferred.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• Highly objective and data driven.
• Ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured and systematic manner.
• Ability to prioritise and manage work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention
to detail.
