BettingJobs are working with an innovative SportsBetting provider seeking to grow their London office with the addition of a Junior CRM Manager.
Knowledge of iGaming/Sports Betting is essential for this role
Our growing CRM & BI team are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team. With experience in customer-centric, data-led CRM, you will champion the continuous improvement of our CRM capability. You will be commercially and analytically minded, enjoy working in teams, managing multiple stakeholders and capturing our audience through creative and targeted communication.
● Execute our retention strategy and deliver communication from platforms including Push, SMS, Email and Web on our customer engagement platform
● Reporting on campaign performance and making recommendations on further CRM activity
● Research and recommend implementations of industry best practice and trends
● Plan, build, deliver, measure and optimise our user engagement and increase player Life Time Value
● Working inter-departmentally to collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams
You will need:
● Experience in using customer engagement platforms (Airship preferred)
● Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
● Knowledge of the current iGaming and sportsbetting landscape within Europe and North America
● Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
● Capable of managing a broad spectrum of tasks and actions concurrently
