Head of Digital Acquisition

About you
You are an experienced digital acquisition marketeer with a proven track record in delivering growth, preferably within iGaming.
You’re used to working in a fast-paced environment, often having to make quick decisions. You have a broad knowledge of all digital marketing channels. Although this isn’t a hands-on role it’s a small team, therefore you should be comfortable using the suite of products Google offers, as well as experience of using affiliate platforms. You’re comfortable working with multi-million-pound budgets, setting clear strategies and working closely with senior stakeholders

Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Lead and grow a best in class in-house digital acquisition team, continually evaluate performance whilst consistently setting and monitoring KPIs
• Responsible for the digital acquisition budget and strategy
• Ensure all digital activity is aligned with compliance standards and guidelines
• To drive profitable acquisition via digital channels and retail clubs
• Ensure digital promotions are promoted via digital channels and in club
• Work closely with CRM to ensure new acquisitions are being maximized for ROI
• Work closely with the CRO team to ensure new site visitors are being converted
• Presenting key digital updates to senior management
• Close relationship with the head of brand to ensure all creative, communications and messaging is consistent across all channels

Your knowledge and experience:
• A good understanding of the iGaming landscape and ideally around bingo and slots
• A good knowledge of all digital marketing channels but particularly PPC, SEO and Affiliates
• Experience of TV media buying
• Competent in using Google’s suite of products
• Comfortable with data
• Commercially minded
• Experience in managing large budgets
• Experience in a Multi/Omni Channel Business would be advantageous
