14811 - B are currently recruiting Online Product Manager to be based in Bucharest with a leading online iGaming company. Utilise the data sources provided by the Data Analysis teams to understand customer usage of their online products. Drive the requirements gathering process and work closely with engineering teams to enhance their platform capabilities to deliver against customer problems, initially focusing on CRM and Bonusing.

• Focus on customer needs and company strategy to define and shape the products
• Leads on customer research, discovery and defining customer value for their products
• Utilised customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organisation to build a picture of customer problems and customer behaviour
• Make data driven decisions utilising customer research, behavioural, product and commercial data
• Work with BI to develop the reporting capabilities necessary to understand and measure customer behaviour
• Define what success looks like for their products and use data to measure success for their products
• Responsible for defining the product strategy and progressing their platform capabilities from ideation through to in-life product management
• Initial focus will be on marketing product related to Bonusing and CRM, but will work on a broad range of platform initiatives
• Works with engineering and stakeholders to define solutions to customer problems
• Responsible for defining the Outcomes and Key Results for the online platform
• Drives discovery to understand what customer problems to solve; identify customer opportunities
• Prioritises initiatives based on Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility
• Converts requirements into clear and concise user stories
• Works with Engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems
• Verify that requirements have been met during the development phase
• Coordinates product launch plans with marketing, commercial teams and support teams
• Responsible for the measurement and success of the product in-life and iterating on the product to achieve success metrics
• Develop a deep knowledge of the product range
• Becomes an expert on the online sports betting industry and changes within the industry
• Awareness of their key competitors and ongoing monitoring of competitor offering
• Awareness of Regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements and legal positioning of the Sports Betting industry
• Deep understanding of Technology and awareness of new trends

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in Sports Betting industry
• Knowledge of Sports and Gaming Bonusing and CRM tools/integration
• Strong knowledge of Online Sports Betting Industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
• Self-motivated, organised and able to drive the Product Strategy
• Strong understanding of technology and agile development methodologies
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience preferable on back end sports betting platforms
• Knowledge of Sports Betting bonusing mechanisms
• Relevant Educational degree
