Job Responsibilities
 Plan and execute Live Casino whole workflow processes.
 Organize and manage Product Management process flow.
 Organize and manage the whole process of studio setup and workflow.
 Formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of live casino, including the development of target markets and pricing strategy.
 Create, communicate, and implement the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction for Live Casino.
 Look for potential acquisition or sale opportunities.
 Work closely with 3rd parties in order to understand their needs and provide services based on their individual requests or markets and assure high level of customer service standards.
 Find and approach new markets or partners to generate new cooperation opportunities.
 Oversee daily activities and lead Live Casino operational team
 Synchronize Product and Operations departments cross functional process flow
 Organize and manage Translation of product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
 Organize and manage Creation of product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases and technical requirements
 Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
 Set KPIs for the team members and the business and monitor their achievement.
 Ensure uninterrupted operation of Live Casino and cooperate with technical teams to keep equipment appropriate maintenance, quick problem resolutions and smooth 24/7 operation.
 Arrange and manage new studios opening in different geographical territories.
 Plan, assign and direct work, authorize and discuss with employee’s their performance appraisals and corrective action plans if necessary, develop employee motivation and rewards systems.
 Be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
 Work closely with different teams to give them correct guidance and extract necessary ideas for live casino service or marketing offering improvement.
 Collaborate with company’s business stakeholders and executives.
 Define cross-functional processes between engaged departments such as marketing, legal, financial, etc., in order to get the best deals for Live Casino.
 Forecast operational requirements, prepare an annual financial and headcount budget and analyze variances.
 Define and monitor risk management processes.
 Monitor processes to meet licensee authorities (GLI, Malta, etc.).
 Analyze process workflows, employee and space requirements and equipment layout and implement necessary changes.
 Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
 Closely cooperate with Live Dealer providing international companies.
 Make daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Qualifications
Top skills:
 Extensive Live Casino/Land-based Casino experience across local/international markets.
 An encyclopedic knowledge of the global Live Dealer space, all the providers and their products (what they do well and what they do not).
 A technical understanding of the infrastructure and the technology for online services and general streaming technology.
 Deep understanding of Agile
 An understanding of software development processes
 Base knowledge of UX/UI
 An understanding of the technical operations involved in the Live Casino vertical other than streaming.
 Experience of large-scale development organizations and product delivery.
 Prior experience in leading a Live Casino product and Studio/ Land-based Casino.
 A keen knowledge of casino KPI's and how to improve them.
