One of the leading B2B Sportsbook providers are now accepting candidates for a Nordic Regional Director based in Yervan. Working as part of the wider Commercial Team within the business, the Regional Director is responsible for the profitable growth of the organization through the development of new and existing clients in the region.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a high-performance regional team
2. Ensure excellent knowledge of products and services provided by the company
3. Create Regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
4. Keep the company’s strategic rules inside of Regional Office
5. Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
6. Follow up sales goals and metrics
7. Manage budgets and allocate funds appropriately
8. Ensure positive balance of Regional Office in face of expenses and income
9. Implement a budget tracking and risk management plan to assure that annual expenditures remain within the annual budget
10. Report on regional sales results/ monthly based
11. Assure that all financial, program, service, client and performance data are collected and reported in a timely and accurate basis
12. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople, make a training plan for personal
13. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
14. Ensure compliancy of Regional Office with local industry related laws
15. Address potential market problems and suggest prompt solutions
16. Conduct SWOT analysis on a quarterly basis
17. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
18. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
19. Determine and understand customer requirements and match Company’s products and services to them
20. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
21. Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks
22. Represent the Company at various events and social gatherings, provide appropriate reports
23. Keep the deadlines of special tasks and ensure appropriate performance
24. Ensure updated and appropriate content on company’s webpage related to regional language and section
