Chief Marketing Officer – Ambitious Sports Betting & iGaming Operator – Asian Market (Manila-based)
A medium-sized, established operator in the Asian market has recently acquired substantial investment to drive the business to the next level. As such, they are looking to bring new leaders into the team in key appointments, who will raise the bar across the business as a while.
One of the most critical appointments is Chief Marketing Officer. The search is for a dynamic, innovative, ideas-driven & inspirational marketing mind to build and lead a team of likeminded people. They are looking to push boundaries and take on the market leaders, particularly in the SE Asia Region as a matter of priority (although the Far East region is very much on the radar also).
As CMO, you will be responsible for all of the commercial elements of the business – from new market entry to driving LTV in each country. You will recruit and develop your team to reach growth objectives. You will be a strategic thinker but not willing to get involved at all areas of the marketing strategy.
Digital marketing expertise is essential in this role. You should be highly adept and be able to lead in areas such as: digital & offline acquisition (all channels – media buying, affiliates, SEO, PPC, social, etc.), conversion strategies, creative, CRM & analysis.
In addition, as C-level you will have input into the strategic direction of the business. An excellent opportunity to be seen as one of the key drivers in raising the profile of this business within the market.
We are searching for an experienced industry expert with the appropriate dynamism, gravitas, and innovative thinking. You will have an excellent track record in managing marketing teams across Asia. It could be that you are in a lower level role in a larger company, so taking a step down in terms of company scale but a step up in responsibility. Certainly you should be a marketing wizard who knows how to get results.
