Reporting to the Localisation Manager, the purpose of the Content Administrator is to coordinate the planning, editing and publishing of marketing and operational content on the website to ensure that all published material is relevant, accessible and conforms to the company style guidelines.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Editing and Publishing:
Process requests from any and all content creators throughout the company (incl. Marketing, Payments, Fraud Prevention and Compliance, CSD, Credit Website business) for publishing on our websites.
Ensuring that appropriate scope and briefing is received for each new request.
Proofread/edit all content to ensure consistency with established style guides. Get approval on edits from requestor.
Publish new/edited content on our websites (input new content into multiple various content management systems, e.g. Kooboo, TTM, Joomla, etc.).
Listing all the potential queries linked to each type of content received and flagging them to the Localisation team.
Hand over the new/updated content to the Localisation Administrator for localisation.
Regular content updates:
Assist content team in maintaining the existing marketing content relevant, current and fresh.
Assist all the relevant teams with digital assets management.
Ensure currency and relevance of key areas of the websites, as instructed by the content team.
Content Team Support:
Help train any new content staff on content related programmes such as Kooboo, XTM or other programs or systems that may be added in the future.
Assist the Content Team with creating new content (articles, e-mails, notifications) as requested.
Coordinate the entire content editing process, from receipt of new or edited content through update of relevant websites to request of translation.
Maintain and organize a backlog of all requests and tasks that is visible to stakeholders.
Communicate with stakeholders on ETA of request completion, delays to initial ETA, and final completion.
Have an overview of the publishing queue/schedule.
Maintain company source Style guide and Terminology.
Assist with translation administration and multilingual content when needed.
Other related tasks as assigned.
Up to 2 years Content administrative experience
Previous experience in the betting industry considered an advantage
Working knowledge of CMS programs
Previous experience proofreading and editing English content. Flexibility to proof different creative formats
Close attention to detail Excellent communication skills
Basic HTML editing skills

English mother tongue preferred, second language considered an advantage
