14536 are currently recruiting for Technical Compliance Manager for innovative start-up, the role could be based in London, North Wales or Barcelona. A Technical Compliance Manager is responsible for compliance services, which include ensuring a company’s policies and procedures comply with regulatory and compliance standards. You will be able to perform all necessary tasks related to company systems including troubleshooting any technical issues.

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope budget and timeline
• Ensure policies, procedure and internal guidance documents including but not limited to ISMS, Change Management, Risk are created, managed and maintained.
• Perform regular audits and assessment to ensure the client is compliant with relevant codes and legislations and highlight areas of concern
• Provide day to day support to internal stakeholders on any issues around regulation and compliance.
• Maintain close working relationships with third party companies involved in the operations of the business’s licenses
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
• Compilation, maintenance and submission of reports, returns and notifications
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements
• Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return on investment standards
• Assist with the pre-compliance testing and QA of technical applications, based on a pre-defined set of requirements
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends, regulation changes and industry news.

• Experience of working in the online gambling sector would be advantageous but applicants from any IT related technical background will be considered
• Knowledge or experience of working for an Accredited Testing Facility (ATF) would be seen as highly desirable
• An understanding of Project Management tools such as Jira will be required
• Experience in project tollgates and project phases is desirable
• Demonstrable experience of delivering client facing projects in a faced paced technology focused environment
• At least 3 + years’ experience of delivering projects end-to-end including budgetary ownership
• Able to manage between 5 to 10 projects simultaneously (size dependent)
• Excellent English oral, presentation and written communication skills
• Aptitude to work on your own whilst demonstrating initiative but with the ability to form strong relationships and understand the value of being part of, and developing a strong team culture
• High level of attention to detail and able to relay complex information in a way that can be easily understood
• Proactively manages project risks
• Project kick-off and development of clear Project Initiation Documentation (PID)
• Ability to facilitate technical and planning workshops with customers and project team members
• Experience in developing communication plans in line with customer requirements
• Strong business acumen
• A flexible attitude
• Being multilingual is an advantage
