We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will take responsibility to ensure we have strong customer focused campaigns. This role would span the development of the initial proposition, ensure all other plans achieve the original business objectives and ensure all channel plans exploit the campaign to the best of their ability.
Our Marketing Manager would have responsibility for overall campaign delivery and be the go-to person in the Marketing team for campaign detail. Working hand in hand with the Performance Marketing Team this role would ensure our overt campaigns across Vegas, Bingo and Casino are commercially viable and meet defined measurable objectives.
Reporting to the Country Manager you will take the lead of ensuring all Business briefs are clear and thorough before briefing to central teams.
Ideate with teams and challenge plans to ensure plans ladder back to our objectives and support overarching commercial objectives, taking campaign briefs and ensure plans are exploited across all relevant channels from CRM, social, performance, creative and product teams.
Take responsibility for how our campaigns are phased over time and ensure all channels are aligned and deliver quality campaign execution and clear customer journeys across all relevant channels. You will be the champion in the team for building ongoing loyalty reward schemes and search for innovative ways we can execute them.
You will be able to allocate budget requirements and work with the Performance Team to ensure we are tracking the costs, managing two marketing executives who will take responsibility for executing campaigns.

Be degree qualified preferably in Marketing, Brand or communications
Digital Marketing Strategy: Manage ongoing online campaigns
Monitoring project KPIs and keeping them on the stable level;
Paid user acquisition (SEM, CPC, CPA, CPM, revenue share);
Evaluation and analytics of incoming traffic quality (efficiency, activity, LTV, ROI, retention and churn rates, etc.);
Working on and raising conversion rates – from website visitor to paying user;
Regular reporting – user acquisition levels, KPIs;
Creating, analysing and improving promo materials (banner CTRs, landing page conversion levels etc.);
Improving retention rates – creating automated retention e-mailings, welcome back letters, selecting user segments for automated e-mailing;
