As a VIP (&Loyalty) Account Manager you will be responsible for enhancing present relationships with our customers in particular with our key clients; as well as seek to build and maintain new relationships. Whilst expanding the German market portfolio, you will be expected to promote and enhance brand loyalty while providing an exceptional experience to all our customers through your knowledge of the market.

Responsibilities
Maintain and expand the German market customer portfolio
Promote specific promotion from the CRM & VIP team
Provide an overall unique and personal service with customers while working towards set KPI targets
Provide the VIP & Retention Specialist with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and updates

Requirements
Excellent communication skills both internal and external
Be in possession of native level German both oral and written
Be fluent in both oral and written English
Result and objective-driven
Customer Oriented
“Can Do” attitude
Highly motivated team player and ability to work on own initiative
