One of the leading sportsbook providers on the market are searching for a Head of Sales & VIP to join their dynamic team in Sofia.

The successful candidate will meet customer revenue growth objectives and develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets. The Sales Director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and a thorough understanding of customer trends and needs.

Responsibilities
• Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales and VIP targets and expand them
• Work closely with team leaders
• Understand the business needs, trends and challenges
• Create a unique customer journey along with the marketing team

Requirements
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or VIP manager within the online gaming industry
• Ability to communicate and present all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, a true leader
• Proven ability to position offering against competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
