14179 are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced VIP Account Manager for a leading gaming company located in Eastern Europe .

The VIP Account Manager will be the main point of contact for the highest value customers and will be responsible for creating an industry leading V.I.P experience that accurately conveys the brands values. They will be well versed in the online gaming industry and have experience in both sales and customer support.

• Micromanagement of an assigned portfolio of VIP customers to maintain ongoing communication and outreach via a variety of channels
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s VIP customer needs
• Provide excellence in customer service with the aim of building long term relationships
• Advising and cooperating with CRM team to provide feedback in order to improve tailored promotional offering
• Working on set targets, objectives and goals while being accountable for VIP Customer satisfaction
• Proactively improve all metrics of the assigned portfolio

• Native English level proficiency, additional languages are an advantage
• 1-2 years’ minimum experience in IGaming account management within Sports and Casino
• Experience in a customer service environment, VIP experience is an advantage
• Attentive to detail and strong relationship building ability
• Commercial acumen with an analytical approach
• Organised and proactive
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Committed to provide an outstanding service
• Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently
• Be presentable and willing, on occasion, to travel to attend football events
• Passion for Sports and knowledge of Casino products
• Developed numerical and analytical ability
