BettingJobs are working with a gaming industry leader seeking an experienced Performance Manager within their Leeds office.

The Performance Manager will work as part of the gaming performance team, focusing on driving and optimising top and bottom line revenues across a range of gaming products.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Business Intelligence and Marketing teams to provide direction and assistance in the acquisition of customers, supporting revenue growth
• Working alongside Finance, Commercial and Content teams to ensure content is optimised in high traffic areas and updating the content roadmap based on this data
• Work in conjunction with the Business Intelligence team to provide the narrative behind data for stakeholders of all levels, understanding the drivers of performance and how these impact future plans
• Fully understand the operations of the Product, Content and Marketing strategy in order to work alongside Business Intelligence to build a view that assists in determining the key drivers of performance
• Convert large data sets into clear actionable next steps allowing teams to progress, quickly moving from reporting on current positions to explaining future goals
• Understanding the entire P&L ensuring revenue driving activities are not detrimental to EBITDA margin
• Be the go-to person when it comes to understanding commercial performance

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a performance marketing or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the online gaming industry
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Data-driven individual with a passion for analysis
• Self-motivated with a proven track record working within a face-paced environment
• Ability to generate reports, analyse data and recommend strategies to increase performance of varied channels
• Past experience working within multi-department projects
• Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies
• Proven track record in achieving customer acquisition
