Key responsibilities include:
Provide excellent customer service levels to all customers globally. Build relationships with clients, ensuring professional, customer focused communication at all time.
Receiving of translation orders and effectively completing work aligned with the brand and language strategy. Managing deadlines and escalating issues appropriately.
Ensuring a high quality output of translation work at all times. Preparing and updating glossaries with client preferences and industry standards.
Embedded within the client’s location, must proactively understand the business goals of the client and keep the Global Translation Services team up to date with information.
Work closely with business partners and QC teams to ensure consistency of approach on all translations
Able to juggle multiple demands and keep to prioritisation schedule.
Working with Exec teams on resource capacity planning, highlighting opportunities for time efficiencies and improved deadline management. Working with local vendors, as required, to ensure their work meets the standards expected by our clients.
Able to support large scale projects in addition to daily translation tasks, ability to adapt to new business requirements.
Keeping aligned to marking customers, understanding the campaign strategy and aligning translations accordingly.
Working as a part of the Global Translation Services team, ensuring high levels of collaboration and communication at all times.
You will need to have:
Thai Native Speaker /English bilingual. Additional languages an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with emphasis on writing and editing in Thai.
Relevant Translator qualification.
Relevant Translator experience.
Basic SEO knowledge.
Strong communication skills with a diplomatic demeanour.
Good interpersonal skills, great team player with collaborative approach.
Attention to detail essential.
The ability to work within a time pressured environment.
Flexible approach and the aptitude to deal productively with various demands.
