Job Summary – We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager, who will be responsible for delivering and managing digital media campaigns for our clients products – Sports and Online Casino. You will be the glue that holds our different teams together, working across Brand, Paid Acquisition, Social Media and CRM to plan, execute and manage campaigns from start to finish. Your understanding of how digital marketing teams operate along with the collaboration of creative and BI teams, will be the key to successfully managing media plans at scale.
Essential Functions –
Champion an optimal approach to campaign planning across teams, ensuring all budgets, deliverables and objectives are well defined and communicated to appropriate stakeholders
Maintain the primary aggregated marketing calendar shared within the organization that highlights key campaign dates, deliverables and status updates
Produce weekly reports containing analysis, surfacing trends and recommending areas for improvement of marketing activity
Define and facilitate schedules for Brand, Paid Acquisition, Social Media and CRM campaigns working with team managers
Lead regular internal campaign status meetings and participate in calls with external vendors/agencies
Maintain regular communication with vertical GMs on relevant marketing initiatives including, campaign performance, budgetary status and pending plans/changes
Continuous oversight of the briefing process, implementing changes as appropriate and ensuring deliverables are translated into organized schedules using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Help plan, execute & manage high quality landing page optimization projects and website usability audits in a timely manner
Work with BI to define campaign objectives and align reporting frequency with appropriate schedules
Produce detailed user flow journeys, identifying areas of opportunity to improve conversion through usability enhancements

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, 2 years higher education or work experience substitute.
2+ years project management experience, ideally in digital marketing for an online customer facing business or in an agency environment.
Experience working across multiple teams to aggregate requirements and execute within a structured timeline
