We are a group of B2C brands that are focused exclusively on the Turkish market in the gaming space. Please note that Turkish language is preferred, but not required, if the can learn a relatively complex market quickly.
We have a new set of strategies and are looking to get our brands on the path to strong double-digit growth. The owners have committed to investing in that plan, and now we need a great Brand Manager as part of our brand revitalisation drive, that will underscore all commercial KPIs set for them.
To really enjoy this role, it would suit a well-practiced Manager with a demonstrable track record of listening to customers and plotting brand action from it. It would ideally suit someone with a deep passion for sport and/or really zoning in on cracking cultural tonality to be able to express the brands in the most topical and/or impactful way.
Research: lead the external and internal quantitative/qualitative inputs that produce market, customer and product insights, to build into the brand revitalisation, and to be tracked on a consistent basis.
Planning: Leverage our internal data to define quarterly and monthly plans for each of the brands, ensuring the propositions, and channels are fully optimised for the customer. This will also outline budget allocations
Brand Management: Lead the brands to adopt and continue to meet the brand standards in thinking, look, feel, tone of voice, customer journeys.
Communications & media: find new and compelling ways to express the brands in the market, including but not limited to content, PR, guerrilla marketing, social expansion. Agency management experience, both from research, advertising and media point of view will be required.
Competitive Analysis: Provide ongoing assessment of the competitor marketplace to ensure that we are constantly out-planning, out-thinking, and out-executing our competitors.
7+ years’ experience in performance marketing
• Data literate, and comfortable using data to qualify plans and decision-making
• Clear demonstration of handling external and internal research end-to-end
• Has the confidence of experience to define and implement a brand management framework, and to champion that across the business
• Good presentation skills, and able to communicate data-rich subjects for everyone to understand
• Has managed a seven figure budget
