What will you do?
• Assist our clients customers and answer their questions via email and live chat, with the occasional phone call
• Use a variety of tools and systems in order to resolve customer issues
• Work with your team to achieve our common goals and keep our customers happy
• Perform verification checks and in some cases process payments
• Provide translations and create content aimed at our Finnish audience
• Assist our Marketing Team in setting up and executing our activities on the Finnish market
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and a very good command of professional English
• Previous experience from a customer-facing or marketing position
• Experience from the igaming industry is considered an asset
• Knowledge of the Finnish consumer market is an advantage
• Creative with innovative ideas
