BettingJobs.com are currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Co-Ordinator with an exciting sports betting company. The role will support the Marketing team in the implementation of marketing activity across all existing and potential channels.

Responsibilities:
• Set up new providers of traffic onto the internal systems and originate insertion orders and contractual working in conjunction with the remote legal in-house and finance team.
• Track and input marketing spend by media source and accurately reconcile these to invoices received by the Finance Team.
• Prepare and circulate daily spend -values on Marketing campaigns for Acquisition and Retention.
• Work closely with Compliance Team to track progress on marketing compliance sign offs on campaigns
• Familiarise themselves with reports used by marketing and able to provide reporting and insights as briefed.
• Become a subject matter expert on marketing reporting so that immediate flags and insights can be highlighted to relevant team members.
• Able to find potential new sources of traffic for the company through research and present them to the relevant member of the team to be contacted.
• Be able to respond to incoming enquiries from new and existing clients (phone and email), qualifying clients and enquiries for follow up.
• Maintain an archive of campaign inventory, campaign results, Insertion Orders, Contracts, Invoices, Compliance sign offs in a manner that makes access to any required information easy and instant.
• Maintain and update the Marketing Team’s Offer and Promotions Calendar.
• Schedule meetings as needed for the team.
• Identify new initiatives and opportunities; then share them.
• Demonstrate the ability to move fluidly between highly differentiated tasks and objectives within the marketing team – they will need to be dynamic in their approach and learning new things rapidly.
• Create and update clear PowerPoint presentations/packs based on the instructions given by the Head of Marketing.
• Continuously improve their knowledge and apply this to their work; self-improvement and continuous learning is a requirement.
• Demonstrate a proactive and hands on attitude to their work; seeking out new ways to contribute to the companies marketing efforts.

Requirements:
• Previous experience (2+ years) within a similar marketing role
• Able to demonstrate strong MS Office desktop publishing skills; in particular Excel & Powerpoint.
• Educated to university level; marketing degree or similar
• Passion for detail-proof reading, mapping information and numbers and strong data entry skills.
• Strong work ethic and eager to grow within a demanding but rewarding role.

• Exemplary attention to detail and able to pre-empt the requirements of those being supported.
• Highly numerical and able to provide analysis using excel quickly and accurately.
• Passion for marketing, particularly digital.
• Be a proactive person who displays initiative and can work well in a team.
• Is highly organised and can create/follow processes.
• Have good time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritise them based on business needs
• Outgoing, positive and forward thinking.
• Ideally, knowledgeable about sport, particularly football, and some interest in sports betting.
• Strong communication skills and excellent written English skills
