BettingJobs.com are currently seeking a Head of Gaming for a leading gaming company based in their Newcastle upon Tyne office. As part of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Gaming will be expected to own and understand all the details of the practice and processes of the Gaming Team. Reporting into the CEO, you will be expected to drive through transformational change and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance of the gaming product and revenue.

This role would be well suited to an experienced Head of Gaming or similar, however, could also be well suited to an experienced Gaming CRM Manager who is looking to take a step up into a Head of Gaming position.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the short, medium and long term strategy for the conversion, retention and reactivation of all players to extend a player's lifetime value
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with our extensive range of game providers to ensure our client sites have the best possible games and features
• Review all gaming promotions and make suggestions to marketing department and top management
• Conducting analysis of the performance of games and player activity
• Leading the CRM, Live Casino, Bingo and Key Account teams
• Making suggestions of continuous improvement across the products for better player engagement and retention, following up the implementation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Gaming operations preferably in one of the following
• You should be passionate about online gaming and understand what a great gaming experience looks like from a player point of view
• You could be an experienced Head of Casino or Gaming or you could be ready for your next step up
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations and how these influence your role
• You’ll be curious about data and enjoy investigating, analysing and making informed decisions based upon this
• Strong communication skills
• Confident decision making, problem solving and other management skills
• Experience of managing a P&L or budgetary responsibility
• Previous experience of holding a Personal Management License for the UK Gambling Commission would be beneficial but by no means essential
