Currently searching for a Head of Marketing who will lead all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects for a well-established gaming operator. You will be responsible to develop plans to help establish brands, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
Day to day Requirements
You will be driving and promoting brands in both Malta and London, maintaining and contributing to higher profitability and competitiveness whilst taking us to the next level! Here's a breakdown of what would be expected of you:
Compiling strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative and more
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor and report on team goals whilst continuously building according to forecasted pipelines
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies, ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels (including events, campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Analyse player behaviour, identify opportunities to reach new market segments and enhance online presence
Monitor competitor behaviour and ensure we are aligned and attractive in terms of acquisitions, pricing models, new products and features
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and productivity
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Looking for someone with at least four years experience in a similar position, preferably within the iGaming industry. Other more technical skills required include a solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords, alongside experience with CRM software.
As you will be working with multiple markets (Sweden, Japan, Norway and India to name a few!) you are adaptable to working in a multicultural environment. As part of your role you will have travel to Malta covered so that you can meet your team on a face to face basis too.
You are process driven and structured with a proven track record in running successful marketing campaigns! Your leadership skills are second to none meaning you will be able to mentor and coach your direct reports with your own experience and knowledge. Setting priorities and working to tight deadlines comes naturally to you.
Not only are your analytical skills impressive, but you also have a flexible approach with the ability to think outside the box which is key in such a fast moving industry! Finally, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and independent - you are confident in your decisions.
