#14029 are currently seeking a Commercial Manager for a leading Digital Marketing company within the online Sportsbook industry in their Warsaw office.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for negotiating and owning all commercial agreements and will be responsible for the P & L of the division, building a business strategy that leads to strong and sustainable growth.


• Responsible for managing and growing the Polish business
• Develop and execute a robust product strategy that ultimately leads to significant growth in the market
• Build and grow commercial relationships with all bookmakers in the Polish market
• Proactively seek out attractive marketing and partnership opportunities that will help grow the business
• Establish effective relationships with key internal stakeholders across Product, Development, Commercial, Marketing and Design teams
• Monitor and analyse Product KPIs and metrics, and optimise activity accordingly
• Be ready to build local team as and when required


• Detailed knowledge of the Polish sports betting industry
• Strong knowledge of sports-betting affiliates
• Strong commercial background with excellent business development skills
• Well-connected, and a brilliant relationship builder
• Dynamic, fast-learner, who can make things happen
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly motivated by growth and developing a business from its infancy
• Hard working and happy to ‘get their hands dirty’
• Passion for sport and betting
• Fluent in Polish
