Bettingjobs are working with a very reputable sportsbook operator in the industry who are looking to hire Digital Media Executive. This person will be paying close attention to Paid Social Media Campaigns. They will take responsibility for setting up, running, monitoring and optimising a selection of the Digital Media campaigns, as well as suggesting improvements to an existing campaign set up or putting forward ideas for new campaigns in order to help grow and develop the new user acquisition efforts. The role requires strong attention to detail as well as natural passion for data analysis and marketing. You must be proactive as well as having excellent problem-solving skills.
Setting up and running the Paid Social campaigns, across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Optimise live campaigns in order to get the most out of the budget Working with our in-house design team to get new creative made as and when they are needed
Continually planning, building and optimising campaigns to generate ROI and support the key strategic goals
Analysing data daily to spot trends/opportunities and then acting upon them
Provide regular updates for colleagues and senior management, summarising campaign performance and projecting out near-future performance of campaigns
Regularly reviewing best practices and ensuring they are documented and followed
Ensure reporting meets the needs of the campaign, is user friendly and can be efficiently managed daily
Optimisation and monitoring of campaign variables to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded using all available dataReview alternative paid search platform options on the market to best suit the strategic requirements
Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns

Excellent understanding of the principles of Paid Social and Customer Acquisition
Minimum one years’ experience of independently setting up and running Paid Social campaigns.
Excellent command of Facebook Ads Manager
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Excellent knowledge of design processes
Familiar with A/B testing tools and methodology.
Proven display marketing experience with ROI Evidence
Proven ability to plan and deliver against business strategy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
