14005 are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a leading Sports Content provider in their central London office.

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage, develop and implement marketing strategy across all digital marketing channels and projects to support direct to consumer commercial and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proactive success in developing digital marketing strategies across key channels, for example, SEM, programmatic and social media. The role is based in central London, but occasional travel might be required in the UK and Ireland.

The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on the companies Horse Racing offering and would be well suited to an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a strong knowledge of UK & Irish Racing.


• Support the commercial objectives across digital channels
• Digital marketing support for affiliate business and Digital Services objectives
• Increase meaningful traffic and sales conversions on the website
• Commercial content management across digital channels
• Audience and customer engagement across social media, website and apps
• Responsibility for optimising key user journeys across digital channels
• Manage website advertising inventory
• Ownership of SEO performance and rankings
• Commercial responsibility for the YouTube platform
• Regular, up-to-date reporting of website, apps and digital channel KPIs
• Project management and delivery of digital marketing initiatives
• Supplier management of digital agencies
• Liaise with Digital Optimisation Manager, production and wider marketing team to generate compelling digital content and increase audience engagement


• Strong knowledge of UK & Irish Racing
• Broad digital marketing experience ideally with a media, gaming or agency focus
• Good understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns and SEO
• Experience managing promoted campaigns on Facebook Network and Twitter
• Sound knowledge and enthusiasm for horse racing
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent team player
• Solid understanding of digital ad-serving platforms
• Experience working with affiliate networks (eg Tradedoubler, Commission Junction)
• Good understanding of website CMS editing and basic HTML coding
• At least 2 years’ experience of working within a Business to Consumer digital marketing role
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proven track record of achievement
• Strong IT skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
