13999 are currently recruiting for a Customer Insight Analyst for a leading iGaming company based in Malta.You will become a valued member of the Business Analytics Department, you will work closely with various teams (Casino, Affiliates, VIP, Marketing and Commercial) to assist them building reports & dashboards but also build segmentation and perform deeper analysis to enhance performance.

• Conduct on ad hoc analysis and perform reporting tasks to come up with solutions to business problems and to facilitate decision making
• Creating reports, dashboards and support to end-users in the use of the data
• Working closely with retention and marketing teams in segmentations building and ROI analysis
• Work with various end-users in understanding the business requirements
• Present data and analysis results in clear, easy to digest way

• 2-4 years experience in a similar role in online gaming industry
• Proficiency in querying databases using SQL and in the use of data visualization and BI tools
• Advanced Excel skills and first experience with Statistical software like KNIME, R or similar
• Ability to work independently and to produce high quality work requiring minimal oversight or correction
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Economics.
• Fluency (both spoken and written) in English
