• Establish the overall vision and strategic plan for the Games product team.
• Create and manage Games product and operations budget.
• Lead multiple project teams to execute and deliver results for multiple product initiatives.
• Create and drive our product roadmap, including new game launches, and post-launch feature updates and maintenance.
• Lead Games product team in brainstorming new game concepts for presentation to senior management and partner with business development in the greenlight process.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, legal and business development/distribution to deliver games to market on-time and on budget in order to maximize revenue.
• Stay on top of industry trends to keep our client ahead of the curve from a technology standpoint.
• Manage daily issues that arise during the design process. Anticipate and solve technical issues.
• Interface with the development team(s) through all phases of product definition and testing while also managing schedules, timelines and budgets.
• Identify 3rd party development partnerships and manage execution of outsourced projects to maintain quality and negotiated deliverables.
• Continually offer feedback and technical direction on the quality of our games in various stages of the software development cycle and serve as a change agent when necessary.
• Monitor and analyze established consumer metrics to ensure achievement of revenue goals.
• Provide leadership and creative thinking to the analysis of market trends and the identification of new market opportunities.
• Set measurable objectives and goals for the team and lead, motivate, guide and empower team members to achieve superior results.
• Consistently recruit world-class talent.

Professional Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years total business experience, with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the interactive entertainment/games industry.
• Up to date technical platform development experience on Android, iOS, Google+ and other relevant platforms.
• Experience managing a P&L with proven ability to generate ideas that drive short and long-term value for the business while controlling expenses.
• Demonstrated capacity for developing strategy for an organization and a portfolio of game products.
• Deep understanding of the mobile gaming space and a strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position a portfolio of products in the market.
• Proven development, design and production expertise.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative instincts. Ability to translate data and analytics into profitable business decisions.
• Background which includes hands-on accomplishments building a digital games business that delivers market share, sales growth and profitability.
• The ability to translate web analytics and measurement data into priorities for game enhancements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 3rd party partners through all phases of the product development process.
• Proven ability to monetize digital games from a development and design perspective.
• Ability to know what types of products will sell and won’t sell and be able to assess the feasibility of producing a new product.
• Proven experience in leading product staff and game designers, including hiring and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
