13973 are currently recruiting for a CRM Analyst for a leading gaming company based in London. To develop and deliver a variety of evaluation projects from start to finish, with a specific focus on dashboard development. This includes supporting on writing the requirements brief, development of data feeds, dashboards and their subsequent ongoing delivery.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage cross-discipline stakeholders
• Experience of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of SQL with hands-on experience of developing tables that feed into data visualization tools
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of Qlik Sense preferred (willingness to develop this skill set essential)
• Experience with agile/scrum methodology and relevant tools (JIRA etc) preferred
• Prior online gambling experience is preferred

• Identify and assess CRM KPIs - work closely with CRM to continuously identify and assess the main CRM KPIs driving business growth and performance
• Own Product Reporting - set up and maintain reports and dashboards using various technical tools (SQL, Excel, Qlik Sense) to assess growth
• Educate and evangelize - Promote a self-serve data culture by building user-friendly BI tools and educating the business how to use them
• Ad hoc analysis - regularly present CRM performance updates and run ad-hoc analyses to support Senior Leaders in the decision-making process
• Setup, analyse, and report on A/B tests and other experimental data to measure campaign effectiveness with clear recommendations
• Post Campaign Deep Dive: Delivery of all post campaign analytics to support ongoing CRM understanding and development
