Betting Jobs is working with a growing affiliate iGaming company who are based in Malta and also have an office in London too. They work with some of the largest online gaming operators, where they aim to deliver excellence in the iGaming lead generation space.

• Assisting Director with contracts, emails, daily admin
• Assisting finance with record keeping and data inputting
• Assisting payments with statistical reporting, preparing payments, invoice posting, receipts, reconciliations
• Assisting with supplier KYC collection and upating, as well as other Compliance matters such as GDPR
• Assisting with other various daily operations and resolving day-to-day administrative and operational matters, such as preparing meetings, taking meeting notes, couriers
• Taking care of daily office management, such as ordering office supplies, snacks and coffee
• Plan and implement office efficiency and processes
• Assisting team with general organization, sorting and filing
• Arranging travels, meetings, replying customer emails
• Make general errands
• Be responsible for maintaining office machines, such as printers and computers
• This role also includes collaborating with our customer office in UK


• Social person with good communication skills and work ethics
• Be well-organised, able to multitask and have attention to detail
• Be able to understand the bigger picture, and have a solution-oriented mind
• Be able to work as part of a team and take your own initiative
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintain a happy and professional attitude
• Excel knowledge is a must
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Drivers license
• You must reside in Malta and have an EU working visa
