Betting Jobs are working with a growing international gaming and betting brand in London, seeking an experienced UX Manager at key point in their continuing growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing the UX practice: optimising ways of working and design quality; growing and nurturing a strong team of UX expertise via guidance, direction and mentoring
Develop a user-centric qualitative and quantitative framework to ensure we are guided as much as possible in prioritising the UX roadmap
Defining suppliers, tools and processes for the UX workstream
Working closely with the Product teams and other managers to plan UX resource requirements according to team and business priorities
Running the front-end development roadmap
Oversee the prototyping of all changes
Actively contributing towards team and programme-level strategy planning, coordination and implementation activities. Working with the Product team and the business to shape and fulfil customer and business goals
Working closely with Lead Designers to mentor and guide the wider UX team and plan and perform team-related activities. Developing your team's professional skills and knowledge as well as your own

Essential Skills, Qualities & Experience:
Lead, enthuse and inspire with excellent leadership and management skills. You will have two direct reports: one Insight Executive and two front-end developers
Demonstrable experience of leveraging Insight, competitive analysis
Clear practitioner of Google Analytics, Hotjar or equivalent, along with a robust understanding of tagging framework
Demonstrable experience of conducting onsite and offsite research to inform improvements and prioritise the strategic roadmap for the experience
Solid understanding of all UX processes and end-to-end service design, value proposition design frameworks, human centred design and structured thinking
Deep understanding of designing products for responsive, native and other digital touch points
Ability to define and create customer-focused solutions in complex technical architectures or logistical contexts
Line Management experience

Preferred Experience & Skills:
Ecommerce experience within a large organisation
Mentoring and team management experience
Service design-orientated skills and expertise including experience of methodologies to explore end-to-end
Familiarity with UI style guides, design components and UI kits
Full understanding of the required toolkits to inform user-led business cases
Quantitative research techniques and survey composition
