13869 are currently recruiting for Marketing Team Assistant for a leading and innovative sports betting company based in London. The Marketing Team Assistant will support the Head of Marketing and team in execution of marketing activity across all existing and potential channels. This is a unique opportunity to be involved a wide range of digital and non-digital marketing channels and grow in knowledge and their responsibility quickly as they become a pivotal part in the ambitious growth plans.

• Work closely with various members of the marketing team to support the range of channels and partners in which the company operate.
o Support the partnership team in managing direct partner and agency relationships.
o Support the campaigns team in operating and optimizing daily campaigns.
• Familiarise themselves with the tools and platforms the team uses in their first weeks and able to implement requests from the marketing team.
• Familiarise themselves with reports used by marketing and able to provide reporting and insights as briefed.
• Train in and understand marketing reporting so that immediate flags and insights can be highlighted to the Head of Marketing and relevant team members.
• Able to find potential new sources of traffic for the company through research and present them to the Head of Marketing to be contacted.
• After initial training, able to Respond to incoming enquiries from new and existing clients (phone and email), qualifying clients and enquiries for follow up and, where relevant, push them to our agencies for them to address.
• Support the Head of Marketing on maintaining team processes, including:
o Planning
o Reporting
o Compliance
• Schedule meetings as needed for the Head of Marketing and CMO.
• Develop overtime into an owner of a marketing source or channel – contributing the business KPIs.
• Identify new initiatives and opportunities; then share them.
• Demonstrate the ability to move fluidly between highly differentiated tasks and objectives within the marketing team – they will need to be dynamic in their approach and learning new things rapidly.
• Create and update clear PowerPoint presentations/packs based on the instructions given by the Head of Marketing.
• Continuously improve their knowledge and apply this to their work; self-improvement and continuous learning is a requirement at the company.
• Demonstrate a proactive and hands on attitude to their work; seeking out new ways to contribute to the company marketing efforts.

• Previous experience (1+ years) within a similar marketing role
• Strong work ethic and eager to grow within a demanding but rewarding role.
• Educated to university level; marketing or similar
• Exemplary attention to detail and able to pre-empt the requirements of those being supported.
• Able to demonstrate strong MS Office desktop publishing skills; in particular Excel & Powerpoint.
• Highly numerical and able to provide analysis using excel quickly and accurately.
• Passion for marketing, particularly digital.
• Be a proactive person who displays initiative and can work well in a team.
• Is highly organised and create/follow processes.
• Have good time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritise them based on business needs
• Outgoing, positive and forward thinking.
• Ideally, knowledgeable about sport, particularly football, and some interest in sports betting.
• Impeccable communication skills and excellent written English skills
• Highly organised and accurate with strong attention to detail. is able to follow processes.
• Be a proactive person who displays initiative and can work well in a team.
