We are a group of B2C brands that are focused exclusively on the Turkish market in the sports space. Please note that you must speak Turkish and be deeply passionate about football to be eligible as you will be communicating to customers in that language.
We have a new set of strategies and are looking to get our brands on the path to strong double-digit growth. The owners have committed to investing in that plan, and now we need a great Social Manager to drive engagement, growth and traffic from our existing social channels, as well as identify and suggest new opportunities to engage as the landscape.
Develop, plan and execute our B2C social media strategy for all our channels including Twitter, Facebook and Whatsapp
Continuously monitor the landscape to ensure we test new channels as they gain popularity
Produce a continuous stream of engaging and informative content to attract, convert and retain customers and community
Maintain and improve the look and feel of all social media channels ensuring that they reflect the B2C brand and tone
Engage with our community when they require it
Monitor forums, competitors and general online press, including owning the toolkits to enable it
Monitor and respond to social queries from the community
Identify and measure key KPIs and metrics to continuously improve performance and report back to the team
Skills and experiences
Management of multiple social media accounts across Twitter, Facebook, Whatsapp
Social media creativity – copywriting skills and good eye for design. Bonus points for Sketch / Photoshop experience.
A strong understanding of the social media landscape and tools
