Digital Performance Manager
We are a group of B2C brands that are focused exclusively on the Turkish market in the gaming space. Please note that Turkish language is strongly desired.
We have a new set of strategies and are looking to get our brands on the path to strong double-digit growth. The owners have committed to investing in that plan, and now we need a great Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital channel performance to energise the new and existing customer bases. The Performance Manager will design, test and implement the digital media plan to increase member engagement, retention and activation. There will be a need to develop test-and-learn tactics, to evaluate the best user journeys, ways to engage with target audience and turn that into sales. The role oversees agency management and a multi-million pound budget.
The experience we need:
Ability to manage all digital performance campaigns, across all digital channels, in the betting and gaming space. This is a growth hacking brief, and will require creative marketing in addition to PPC, display and affiliations
Work with partners and agencies to improve traffic, New customer conversion and customer activation
Oversee media and performance partners, with direct relationships with affiliates, media owners, agents and ad tech vendors (i.e. Ad Thena, Propeller, Flashtalking, Ad Cash etc).
Manage paid search channel in driving traffic, conversion, CPA and identifying efficiencies
Design and build the marketing performance dashboard with the support of the BI team
Working experience of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Income Access.
7+ years’ experience in performance marketing
Turkish and English speaking: Most affiliates
Data literate, and comfortable using data to qualify plans and decision-making, as well as reporting on a consistent basis down to KPI & ROI level
Good presentation skills, and able to communicate data-rich subjects for everyone to understand
Proactive and driven: this is your channel to lead
Demonstrable relationships with existing affiliates and media partners in that market
