We are a group of B2C brands that are focused exclusively on the Turkish market in the gaming space. Please note there is a strong desire for the role holder to speak Turkish as well as English.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to design, deliver and nurture a comprehensive SEO strategy from the ground up. With organic search being one of the main sources of traffic for our website, this is a great chance for someone passionate about the SEO channel to design and develop a dynamic plan. This is an autonomous role that would suit a multi-tasker with broad shoulders, proven technical and analytical skills combined with strategic and creative thinking, who is comfortable working with marketing, development and external partners.

Typical duties include:


Create an SEO roadmap and strategy to sustain business goals
Expert knowledge of offsite and onsite SEO tactics
Able to undertake technical, link and content audits to identify and address performance issues and optimisation opportunities
Undertake user-focused keyword research to highlights areas of potential growth, inform content strategy and optimisation
Maintain awareness of the industry and competitor’s activity to develop informed strategies
Support and oversee internal teams to make sure SEO best practices are followed
Manage relationship with agencies and freelancers to ensure projects are aligned with brand goals and delivered efficiently and on time
Content and Link-building

You will play a pivotal role in delivering highly successful content strategies to increase visibility of our brands
You will be extremely motivated and goal driven to plan, implement and manage innovative strategies that will create assets for coverage, link building and social buzz
Demonstrable experience guiding the content creation process from idea through execution
Develop and work closely with highly skilled global and local content developers to ensure content is well optimised and in line with the voice and style of the brand
Demonstrated ability to research and implement SEO and Content strategies and understanding of how content affects organic rankings and traffic
Development and implementation of link-building campaigns that support the overall strategy
Implement outreach strategies to gain links and build brand visibility.
Ability to build and manage online communities and manage brand ambassador programs and blogger collaborations
Measure and report on content and SEO performance
5+ years experience planning & managing SEO and content campaigns, including:

Market, competitor and keyword analysis
On-page recommendations & technical audits
Content distribution strategy development & execution
Performance reporting on SEO campaigns
KPI focused and proven track record of increasing SEO performance
Knowledge of SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, keyword monitoring tools
Clear understanding of best practice SEO and search engine guidelines
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress and other CMS platforms
Project management skills and understanding of how to delegate effectively
Understanding of all digital channels and how they work together and impact the journey
Excellent written & oral communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A 'Can-Do' attitude
Ability to think creatively and strategically as a problem solver
Self-motivated and proactive with ability to manage complex and varied workload
