Bettingjobs are working with a very reputable igaming company who are looking to expand their acquisition marketing team with the addition of an Affiliate Campaign Manager.

Key Accountabilities:
 Responsible for devising and implementing top line strategy seeking to gain maximum potential from selected Affiliates and Partners in collaboration with Affiliate Manager
 Provide regular updates for colleagues and senior management on campaign performance
significant test results and changes to strategy in a timely manner
 Educating colleagues on latest industry trends and competitor analysis within Affiliates
 Regularly reviewing best practices for Affiliate campaigns, ensuring they are
documented and followed
 Be a Gamesys representative to third parties, conducting regular calls and distributing relevant information
 Identify and capitalise on opportunities for campaign growth independently, including researching new ad formats or inventory sources
 Accurately project campaign performance
 Champion error-free campaign execution
 Liaise with Legal team to ensure campaigns are compliant
 Ensure reporting meets the needs of the campaign, is user friendly
and can be efficiently managed on a daily basis
 Help to train Campaign Executives and Senior Campaign Executives and provide continued support
 Optimisation and monitoring of campaign variables to ensure
performance targets are met or exceeded using all available data
 Supporting team members on the trafficking of campaigns as needed
 Review alternative campaign management platforms and tooling, where appropriate and make proactive recommendations
Experience and Skills Required:
 Passionate about Digital Marketing with 2+ years’ experience and proven understanding of
 Income Access or equivalent Affiliate management platforms
 Desirable knowledge of
 Google Campaign Manager (or equivalent ad server)
 Analytics platforms
 Creative design tools
 Excellent knowledge of Excel and Pivot Tables
 Data driven decision maker
 Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and measurement of campaigns that target different customer lifecycle stages
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Interest in the Gaming Industry
 Proven ability to plan and deliver against business strategy
 Proven ability and desire to continually drive process improvement
 Highly proactive and focused with a can-do attitude
 Excellent communication and organisational skills
 Proven attention to detail and strives for excellence
 Positive attitude, able to tackle challenges with a smile
 Open minded and adaptive
