13751 are currently recruiting for a Market Specialist for a leading online gaming company based in London. The Market Specialist will be responsible for offering market insights to optimize and drive performance and maximize the local market potential of all Casino brands.

• Monitor and analyse KPIs and metrics for your market, react quickly to under performance and optimize activity accordingly to meet and exceed the company’s business strategy and objectives.
• Provide country insight into national holidays, events or other key dates to ensure product rollouts and new offers/promotions are launched on time, without errors and are on-market trends.
• Ensure relevant and required reporting and analysis is shared between departments and stakeholders, and that it is accurate, engaging and dependable.
• Provide market insight to help drive consistent multichannel marketing strategy.
• Maximise the efficiency of the player lifecycle and continually identify and drive improvements to the customer experience and optimize the customer journey.
• Constant evaluation of the competitive landscape to make sure the experience stands out from the market.
• Develop close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the business and provide local market insights to continually improve and adjust the strategy, delivery, and execution of activity
• Collaborate with teams to align on methodology, systems, processes, and reuse of content.
• Work with internal development teams to fix issues and deliver constant improvements in the core product offering.
• Continually refresh your knowledge of both best in industry and best in market product developments to ensure we continue to deliver best of breed products and customer experience.
• Driving ‘performance to budget’ for the markets and working closely with other internal teams to influence and drive activity.
• Monitor and analyse market KPIs and metrics against budget.

• Previous gaming knowledge with a passion for and an avid interest in Casino betting.
• Good understanding of multi-channel marketing strategy including annual planning and identifying key opportunity areas.
• Experience of working in a multi-channel environment - strong influencer, mediator and finisher.
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to align and amplify plans and understand the ongoing needs of a business and/or team.
• Experience of working with a range of teams, developing strong relationships including product developers, legal, compliance and marketing personnel.
• Ability to maintain effective work performance when dealing with stressful and demanding situations.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong written communication and presentational skills.
• Good understanding in brand development, brand positioning, brand value and branded product development.
• Experience of working with or managing budgets.
• Ability to conceptualise, discuss and present marketing ideas internally and externally.
• Good understanding of media planning and how different marketing channels can be used for both acquisition and retention activities.
