Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Hammersmith, London
Salary: Competitive


Our London-based client have been around since 2010 where their revenue spreads over both casino and bingo product mainly. They are now looking for an experience Office Manager to join their team in their Hammersmith office.


Role:


- HR administration:
o Upkeep of important documentation, such as employee contracts
o Maintaining company leave and sickness records
o Travel bookings and cost monitoring
o Management of company pension plan
o Escalation of HR Issues to the Operations Director
o Organising social activities and team events
- Managing the London office, including:
o Maintenance of office IT equipment
o Upkeep of supplies
o Ensuring office is kept clean and tidy
o General front of house duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phones and taking deliveries
- Administrative
o Filing of important company documents
o Assisting accounts in compiling reports
o Assistance with compliance across company functions


Experience:


- Excellent interpersonal skills
- HR qualification or experience or accounting degree
- Experience as Front of House / Office Manager ideally gained within an e-commerce business
- Good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Flexible attitude to attend to urgent matters arising
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A caring and considerate nature
- A high level of problem-solving skills
