Be an escalation point as well as the customer-facing company representative for all cases relating to Responsible Gambling.
Create, maintain, document and update procedures that are in line with the Responsible Gambling Policies for each regulated market we operate in.
Promote awareness of Responsible Gambling issues within operations and the organization, working closely with Head of Operations and Compliance department.
Understand, overview and assist training needs within the operations department with regards to the Responsible Gambling related cases.
To take full responsibility for necessary RG reporting both internally and externally.
Analyze and understand behaviour from available Responsible Gambling tools.
Work with other departments on company-wide projects relating to Responsible Gambling.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the gaming industry
Experience in Responsible Gambling and knowledge about current legislation
Experience of working in regulated markets such as the UK and Spain
Strong organizational skills with great attention to details
Strong communicational and problem-solving skills, together with an analytical mindset
A genuine interest in responsible gambling and human behaviour
Excellent level of English, additional knowledge in Spanish and Italian is seen as a plus
Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
