Own the affiliate and regional marketing channels, in order to drive growth in player acquisitions and lifetime values across all platforms and regions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Lead an organization of 8 managers and contributors and be responsible for their growth, development and a durable talent pipeline that enables long term success for the team and organization.
Lead the country managers to plan, execute, measure and optimize regional player acquisition campaigns.
Establish productive connections within the online marketing and affiliate industry, identifying and recruiting new affiliates, and evaluating opportunities for new acquisition initiatives.
Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommending new campaigns for affiliates and providing performance feedback to affiliates.
Lead the Affiliate team to support day-to-day affiliate program operations.
Foster a collaborative set of relationships with the Operations, IT & Legal teams to ensure our process and initiatives are operationally sound.
Develop a set of player acquisition KPIs and long-range plans that enables defining and measuring success at regional and platform level.
Analyze and report on player data including cost, quality and net profit metrics in order to drive net gaming revenue.
Travel as required to industry events and remote offices
At least 5 years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role
Proven experience in growing a customer acquisition program
Knowledge of gaming industry would be an asset
Ability to adapt to new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments
Be commercially and analytically minded, using both quantitative and qualitative data sources to drive decisions and successfully generate results
Experience working with remote teams in a multicultural, and dynamic environment
Excellent communication & presentation skills, able to collaborate with and influence stakeholders
Ability to coach and develop staff in various roles, leading and inspiring others to be their best
Good personal skills, able to develop positive internal and external relationships
High confidence levels with a positive, outgoing and dynamic approach
Fluent in a number of European languages
Previous exposure to a culturally diverse working environment
Ability to work and deliver collaboratively across a complex global matrix
