Betting Jobs are working with an exciting betting operator with an innovative product, seeking to add a Customer Experience Agent to their growing Malta office.
The ideal candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face in a friendly, timely, accurate and efficient manner.
The customer support department is the face of the company and the aim is to ensure excellent service standards are provided and high customer satisfaction is maintained. Our team members act as brand ambassadors being responsible for our reputation and building long term relationships with our customers.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Customer intelligence, including reviewing customer transactions and escalate where necessary
Offer ideas and system improvements where necessary
Using the tools provided, create a great end user experience
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Good knowledge of sports and casino
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure
High attention to details
Open minded for new technologies and innovative solutions
To be attentive and keep up to date with sporting events
Able to work flexible hours and weekends
