Betting Jobs are currently hiring for an experienced Swedish Affiliate Manager with one of the biggest companies in iGaming. Our client has long been established as one of the most trusted names in online gaming with many successful brands targeting markets across Europe.

The Swedish Affiliate Manager will manage a portfolio of affiliates for their Swedish brands, as well as work within an ambitious team to ensure their affiliate program remains an industry leader. This role can be based in their London of Malta offices.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage and expand the existing SE affiliate portfolio for all SE-facing brands
• Regularly review affiliate acquisition activity to ensure it complies with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns to grow the SE affiliate portfolio
• Monitor and analyse results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reporting to the Affiliate Team Lead – Nordics and other members of the team as required
• Manage the monthly payment process for your SE affiliate portfolio and provide feedback on poorly performing accounts with suggestions about corrective actions to the Affiliate Team Lead – Nordics
• Help shape the affiliate budget for the SE with input from the local Country team, other affiliate team members and the Affiliate Team Lead – Nordics
• Monitor the marketing spend of individual affiliates and the SE affiliate portfolio in line with agreed budget targets
• Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends that impact on the program and the business
• Perform market and competitor program research as required

Knowledge and Experience
• Good knowledge of performance based and/or affiliate marketing
• Significant Online Marketing experience, ideally from a customer-focused, high-transaction volume company
• Very highly organised, self-sufficient and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
• Strong team player with excellent and proven inter-personnel skills
• Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control
• Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• A detailed understanding of the Swedish online gaming industry would be beneficial
• Native level Swedish-language skills
• Gaming industry experience a plus
• Ability to travel to Stockholm at least once per month
