As Sales Director your main responsibility will be to drive business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.
Manage the sales team, Setup sales projections, control and manage the budget
Recruit, hire, train and mentor new sales representatives
STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
Analyze and reinforce our current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement
Take ownership over the sale process and improve bottlenecks
Know all about our products and services, understand our prospects needs, problems or wants
And tailor our market positioning and tailor the proposition accordingly
Identify most important sales KPIs
Track and monitor your work and your team’s performance
Inspire, lead, motivate the sales team and other teams involved with our business process,
Mentor and share information about customers and prospects and help shape the current and future products to best fit customers’ needs and challenges.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of experience as sales director or similar role
2 years of track record in doing sales
Proven record of successful deals closed
Proven experience in the Asian I-gaming market
Degree in Business administration or relevant field
Proven experience in leading and building sales team(s)
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Chinese Speaker – Big Advantage
