In this position you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the Payments & Fraud Department ensuring that the company retains its ability to transact freely and efficiently with our customers. There is also a strong sense of responsibility to protect the company and the stakeholders from inherent risk caused by fraud and error and any threats to the licence.
• To manage the Payments and Fraud Team
• To deal with escalated KYC documents and Source of Wealth documents
• To investigate and identify suspicious transactions alerted by any fraud monitoring applications, the Customer Service Team or other sources
• To manage player accounts
• To proactively monitor and review accounts and transactions data for
suspicious activity
• To ensure withdrawals are processed in a timely fashion across multiple payment
service providers
• To contest and prevent chargeback claims
• To identify areas requiring increased security controls to protect both the
organisation and customer from fraud

• To conduct enhanced due diligence
• To file Suspicious Transaction Reports / Suspicious Activity Reports
• To ensure that staff are properly trained to detect money laundering
• To carry out activities to detect the placement, layering and integration of funds which may be evidence of money laundering activities
• To follow and implement company policies in relation to anti-money laundering
• To report to the Key Official and follow up on matters with the Malta Gaming Authority and/or the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit.

Skills & Competencies
• 5+ years online gaming work experience
• Proven track record of managing teams successfully maximising business and reducing risk
while minimising impact on customer experience
• Commercially and Regulatorily aware
• Experience in credit card fraud/investigation
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• High proficiency of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent computer literacy
• Clear thinking/analytical and problem solving mind set
• Able to work in a high volume work environment
• Self-motivated individual
