Our London-based client are looking for a Danish Account Manager to join their exciting team to manage a portfolio of customers, using your patience and people skills to make wise judgements and build strong relationships with them. The company owns and operates a number of casino and sportsbook brands that target several different markets with a customer base in over 100 countries.


• Provide an excellent service and tailored gambling experiences across all products
• Prioritise player safety and responsible gambling at all times
• Monitor individual customer performances and ensure that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are made available
• Analyse segment and market performance
• Initiate campaigns that drive high net worth customer activity
• Ensure campaigns are generated in a timely manner and that results are correctly monitored and reported
• Monitor the customer base for new customer potential
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Events teams, and host customers at local and global events
• Collaborate closely with local market and brand teams
• Build customer profiles to reflect playing behaviours, interests, likes and dislikes

What have you done?

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Great people skills that build strong relationships with customers
• Sound commercial acumen including an understanding of ROI and analysis
• Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, along with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
• A genuine commitment to providing world-class service to their valuable customers
• Account management experience
• Online gaming experience
