Betting Jobs is currently looking for a Digital Insight Analyst for a marketing leading betting and gaming company to be based in their Leeds office. The Digital Insight Analyst will work closely with the marketing teams, and use big data / advanced analytics to contribute to the success & growth of our business. The Business Intelligence team provides a challenging, enjoyable environment within a collaborative team of dedicated and professional analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

•Work closely with the acquisition teams to define their requirements and deliver on their analytical needs
•Act as an expert in the field of digital/acquisition analytics and attribution/media mix modelling
•Be proactive in driving insights to understand the effectiveness of the acquisition budget across all digital channels
•Extract, manipulate and analyse large volumes of data to establish actionable insights and deliver recommendations
•Lead deep dives into understanding mix of acquisition spend across all available online and offline acquisition channels
•Define reports and dashboards for a varied audience. Establish and track performance KPIs to help optimise acquisition decisions
•Provide support on ad-hoc analytical requests

Requirements:

•Passion for data and analytics
•Degree in a quantitative area (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science)
•Experience working with large datasets and making strategic recommendations
•2+ years relevant experience gained in digital and marketing analysis
•Experience of working with PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and TV marketing teams – understand how they form part of online and offline marketing mix and how to use data to optimise performance
•Experience working with digital media tracking / ad serving tools such as AdWords, Sizmek, Marin, etc.
•Proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL, Google Big Query or similar
•Experience with reporting tools e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, MicroStrategy (or similar)
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
•Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
•Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines
•Excellent problem solving skills and confidence to challenge status quo
•A passionate, results orientated, team player who is keen to learn and develop as a data analyst
