Bettingjobs.com are currently recruiting an Italian Account Manager for a leading gaming provider based in Malta. Looking for an Account manager who can ensure and create long-term customer relationships.
• You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact
• You will be an expert on the product suite and feature set and use this knowledge to drive usage and awareness of the products and tools within the clients’ brands.
• You will evaluate and identify opportunities to grow its share of clients wallet through up-selling and cross-selling of gaming products.
• You will be the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback about how they can better serve the customer needs.
• You will have a strong understanding of your clients’ business, you will deeply understand the problems they face and you will know the right product that can solve them.
• You will have experience working in a B2C or B2B gaming environment. You will recall with affection the days when ‘free spins’ was innovation and when slots went mobile.
• You will have a real passion for the products. You will burn with injustice when you see a competitor’s product promoted ahead of the businesses.
• You will know the competitors and understand how they compete.
• You will be able to improve efficiency with the organisations
• You will be astute at navigating the tribes of iGaming.
• You will travelling regularly for the role
• You will have strong technical aptitude, but will be smart enough to defer to the expertise of others.
• You will have the ability to develop deep inter-personal relationships with your clients, without impacting on your integrity and objectivity.
• Must be a native Italian speaker
