#13213 are currently recruiting for a market leader in the sports betting industry based in Tallinn, Estonia. The successful candidate will manage and optimise all campaigns, from concept through to fulfilment and analysis. They will be tasked in transforming the lifecycles by personalisation, segmentation and customer journeys. They will be naturally analytical ensuring a high level of targeting, testing and analysis across each journey in turn maintaining a competitive and customer focussed offering.


• Methodically plan and optimise all manual and automated lifecycle CRM campaigns in conjunction with the sporting calendar and product launches
• Produce high quality and timely campaigns that are customer centric, innovative and relevant.
• Work closely with the team to continually develop the multi-channel lifecycle strategies, applying a culture of ‘test, learn and optimise’ quickly
• Work in conjunction with the insights team and the CRM Manager to deep dive into behaviour versus value refining the segmentation, cohorts and customer profiles
• Drive the customer base to wager on different products to drive share of wallet through multi-product campaigns
• Create multi-channel campaigns to spark Acquisition, Loyalty, Retention and Awareness across all the products and features
• Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (copy, design, marketing, product, insights etc)
• Establish and develop best working practices and processes with account managers, customer support and risk teams
• Provide weekly campaign analysis snapshots to CRM and the wider marketing team, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeout’s
• Execute a weekly testing strategy to ensure all campaigns are fluid, make sense and are supported by the wider business functions
• Work closely with all operational teams, answering quickly and professionally all escalated support queries
• Maintain a strong team ethic and help and support your colleagues when required
• To grow a dynamic and personalised sports offering that is not only competitive but seen as a market leader for being trustworthy, fair and always relevant
• To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager.


• 3-4 years of sports betting CRM experience.
• Highly customer-centric with an excellent understanding of CRM strategies & journeys.
• Strong knowledge of sports (local and international) and casino products.
• Knowledge and interest of online gaming products and the online Sportsbook and Gaming UK market.
• Applied understanding of lifecycle development and optimisation.
• Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative & qualitative insight.
• Highly literate and numerate.
• Mature and professional in approach.
• Enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive.
• Excellent time management with high multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Solid user of MS Excel, comfortable with data manipulation.
• Good HTML/Dreamweaver and email platform knowledge
• Proactive attitude and committed interest to the team’s objectives
• Self-starter, continuously looking for ways to improve campaigns and processes.
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
• Passionate about the tech landscape, with knowledge/experience using Moveable Ink beneficial
